The FC-controller is compact and is supplied complete with tubes and
fittings, face velocity sensor, display plate with hi/lo air flow alarm,
sash high proximity sensor and alarm, face velocity lcd display, emergency
exhaust panic button, micro-processor with software to monitor the FC and
communicate to central host.
The PP-controller is compact and complete with plenum pressure sensor and
velocity sensor for stack monitoring. It has a micro-processor and keyboard
to access information and communicate with central host.
The PP-controller drives any CMR DM range motor to control the fresh air
bypass. The enclosure is IP 54 rated.
The RP-controller is compact and complete with room pressure sensor ready to
be wall or recess mounted. It has room pressure alarm, and a microprocessor
with lcd and keyboard can access all fcs and communicate to central bms.
The RP-controller can control inverters or supply dampers. The facility to
drive a bypass room pressure damper is provided in case all sashes are
closed. Room temperature and humidity control is incorporated but
transducers are optional. Central alarm mute facility for all alarms.
The CMR AST fast acting electric damper drive motor is complete with
feedback indicator of damper position. The response time is milliseconds.
The 24 VAC electric motor is well sized, hence
it can drive very large dampers. It has additional limit switches for alarm anounciation.
A manual operating handle is supplied in case it has to be opened or closed on
power
failure.
The
complete
assembly is protected by an IP-65 rated enclosure.
The PS pressure switches protect the system and are normally hard wired. The
low differential switching and the robust construction is of extreme
importance for fume cupboard applications. An IP 65 enclosure is available
for roof mounting.
CMR centrifugal fans are 0 - 100% speed controllable and when used with the
company's AAT speed controllers, provide a low noise solution for fc make-up
air, safety cabinets extract air, ceiling void vav units and many other
applications.
The AAT units have built-in or remote sensors ie for pressure, velocity,
temperature or humidity. They are bms compatible and can be remote
controlled. Fans are available in single or double inlet and can be
installed in any plane. Special finishes and protections are available.
